The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty services while driving sales for an assigned beauty brand at the store counter. This role balances sales and teaching through makeup applications, skincare consultations, event management, and digital selling to build customer loyalty and meet performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and sell to meet personal and counter sales goals
- Use in-store and digital tools including text and social media to engage customers
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
Requirements
