The Beauty Counter Manager conducts makeup applications and skincare analyses while maximizing sales for an assigned beauty brand. This role blends sales and teaching responsibilities, builds customer relationships in-store and digitally, manages events and vendor relationships, and maintains a customer ready department.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and sell both in-store and through digital channels including text and social media
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
