Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including sales refunds and exchanges
- Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer ready
- Train and keep current on beauty trends and product knowledge through provided trainings
- Build customer loyalty and open new rewards program accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive welcoming environment
