Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Conduct sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer accounts to build loyalty and rewards participation
- Keep counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on product knowledge and beauty trends through trainings
