Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads a brand counter in a department store setting, combining sales and teaching to deliver personalized beauty experiences. Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations to recommend products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist with account sign-ups to build customer loyalty
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation

• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills with drive to meet sales targets

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and maintain physical stamina for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds
