This role blends sales and teaching through makeup applications, skincare consultations, digital and in-store selling, vendor event coordination, and maintaining a customer-ready counter.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to drive business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
