The Beauty Counter Manager is responsible for delivering personalized beauty experiences, driving sales for an assigned brand, and leading in-store and digital selling efforts. This role combines sales, education, and customer service while maintaining counter presentation and coordinating vendor events.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Recruit and retain customers by opening new rewards accounts
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
