This role balances hands-on selling, skincare and makeup consultations, and management of counter operations while building a customer following both in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools such as text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Maintain a customer-ready counter through organization, cleanliness, and product merchandising

• Proven ability to connect with customers, handle concerns with empathy, and build loyalty
