Responsibilities

• Manage daily counter operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation.

• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and inventory levels at the counter.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail or beauty management experience, preferably in cosmetics or skincare.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong product knowledge of skincare and cosmetics with the ability to train others.

• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
