This role balances selling, coaching, scheduling vendor events, and maintaining counter presentation while building customer loyalty and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Drive counter sales and achieve personal and team sales targets using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to support business results
• Open new customer rewards accounts and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment
• Keep counter organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
