Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program.
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
