Beauty Sales Associate

As a Beauty Sales Associate at Neiman Marcus in Orlando, you will play a key role in delivering luxury experiences to our clients. You will cultivate relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante. This position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Showcase products differently based on client interaction, whether remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and technology usage.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
