Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling and digital outreach. Role is onsite at the specified store location and reports to the Sales Manager. Focus on achieving personal sales goals and using digital tools to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and product knowledge in person and digitally
• Use digital store technology and omni-channel inventory to drive sales
• Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and use technology to grow individual business
• Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients
• Create a positive collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail, styling or beauty sales
• Experience with technology and selling using digital tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to achieve sales goals and work a flexible schedule
