Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
• Recommend products based on customer beauty goals
• Use text and social media to support digital selling and book appointments
• Set and achieve sales goals and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
• Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends and products through training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with empathy
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
• Drive to achieve sales goals and aptitude for using technology
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
