Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
- Recommend products based on customer beauty goals
- Use text and social media to support digital selling and book appointments
- Set and achieve sales goals and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends and products through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with empathy
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and aptitude for using technology
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
