Provide personalized beauty experiences in luxury and trend beauty brands by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Maintain department readiness and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment. Use selling tools including text and social media to build a customer following and book appointments for services and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and build customer loyalty through personalized service
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
