Provide personalized beauty consultations and sales in a luxury beauty environment, delivering makeup applications, skincare analyses, and building customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Drive sales through appointments, events, and effective use of technology while maintaining a welcoming department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell ontrend and luxury beauty products
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Engage customers through in-person and digital channels including text and social media
• Set and achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team targets
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfort handling physical demands including frequent movement and lifting up to 25 pounds
