Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell appropriate beauty products and services
• Drive sales through in store and digital selling including text and social media
• Book and manage appointments for beauty services and events
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to stay customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
