Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customer goals.
• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer outreach.
• Support in-store beauty events and promote customer loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming department while collaborating with team members.
• Stay current on beauty products, trends, and industry knowledge through training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to address customer concerns and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
