Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and drive sales for in-store and digital channels
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services
- Use text and social media for digital selling and customer follow-up
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges while building customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer connection and empathy during services
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through
- Motivation to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
