Retail Sales - City Creek Center

Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals in-store and digitally, and maintaining department readiness through merchandising and stocking. Role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in different departments. Physical stamina is required for frequent movement and lifting during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Engage customers and build lasting relationships both in-person and via text and social media
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
• Use selling tools and technology to drive sales

• Interest in using networking and technology for sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
• Organization and strong follow through
• Flexible availability to meet business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
