Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, representing brand standards and styling guidance. Drives sales by meeting individual KPIs and contributing to team sales plans while maintaining visual and operational store standards. Serves as an entry point for future leadership roles and supports a cohesive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product knowledge and styling.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance and data capture.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, manage sizing, and uphold store standards.
• Support store operations including opening and closing tasks, floor sets, replenishment, and back-of-house processes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or high-profile environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
