Retail Sales - Kids' Apparel & Shoes - Fashion Place

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of kids' apparel and shoes at the Fashion Place store in Murray, UT. Use both in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media, to build and grow customer relationships and meet sales goals. Assist with merchandising, order fulfillment, and maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide confident styling and fit advice
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and handle light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and grow customer following
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization
• Flexible availability to work varying schedules based on business needs
