Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and open rewards program accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and honest guidance on style and fit
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability based on business needs
