Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and expert bra fittings to customers at the Fashion Place store, building lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready. Deliver attentive, body-positive service and drive sales through styling, fit expertise, and use of retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measure for size, and recommend appropriate fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Stay current on product knowledge and participate in training provided by Nordstrom and brand consultants.
• Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Use networking and retail technology to support sales and customer outreach.
