Summary

The Retail Sales associate drives sales of accessories at the Fashion Place location through exceptional customer service and styling guidance. This role sells both in-store and digitally, using tools such as text and social media to grow customer relationships and meet sales goals. The associate also supports merchandising, order fulfillment, and general department upkeep while working a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Use selling tools, including text and social media, to grow a customer following
• Provide styling and fit advice with confidence and honesty
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
