Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. They set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, provide styling and fit recommendations, and support department readiness through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer accounts.
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit while delivering excellent customer service.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments as needed and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Comfortable using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously 6-8 hours, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds with frequent manual handling.
