Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide an engaging, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store operations and visual standards. The Brand Ambassador drives individual sales performance, connects customers to brand programs, and contributes to a cohesive team environment. This entry-level retail role supports daily store tasks and development opportunities within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Meet individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to team sales goals.
• Connect customers to loyalty and brand programs and educate them on available offerings.
• Support fitting room service, maintain store standards, complete opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in company training and provide product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
