Responsibilities

• Apply makeup, analyze skincare needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and stay informed about beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift, lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally, and perform frequent reaching, bending, and handling tasks.
