Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences and drive sales in the Nordstrom Beauty Department. Help customers discover makeup and skincare products that meet their needs while building lasting customer relationships in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' goals.
• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and support a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with a drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving throughout shifts and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
