Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell beauty products from luxury and trend brands
• Use text and social media to support digital selling and book appointments
• Set and achieve sales goals and participate in beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
• Build customer loyalty and open new rewards program accounts

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
