Summary

Part Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store and company initiatives. This entry level role focuses on customer engagement, driving sales, and representing brand standards on the sales floor during a seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve daily weekly monthly goals
• Deliver consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize company technology and alternative purchase methods to support sales
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes opportunities and category needs
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume or specialty environment
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register stand move and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor dressing room and office
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and potential overnight shifts and travel
