Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department store environment by delivering makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and sell on trend and luxury beauty brands
- Use digital tools including text and social media to book appointments and drive sales
- Set and achieve sales goals and participate in beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns

- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
