Beauty Sales Manager - Palo Alto

As a Beauty Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus in Palo Alto, you will oversee the sales experience of a store department, driving the team towards goals and building a customer-oriented sales experience. You will work on-site and report to a Senior Group Manager.

• Drive maximum sales and growth in partnership with other functional leads.
• Oversee merchandise and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution and adjust for risks and roadblocks.
• Contribute to strategic goals and set departmental priorities.
• Review business with Buyers and discuss action plans for positive results.
• Develop understanding of customer behaviors and adjust processes accordingly.
• Plan and complete departmental budgets to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance and enforce department controls.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotion within the department.

• 4-6 years of relevant luxury retail fashion experience.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Experience in building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
