Job Description

Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences focused on men's fragrances by engaging customers in-store and digitally, driving sales and building customer loyalty. Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, book appointments for services and events, and maintain a welcoming, organized department aligned with current beauty trends.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to understand beauty needs and recommend products and services
  • Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses
  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
  • Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
  • Use selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships
  • Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
  • Keep the department organized and customer-ready
  • Stay current on product knowledge and brand trainings

Requirements

  • Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
  • Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking technology
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
