Sales Associate

Summary

Hiring event for multiple in-store sales and support roles including women's apparel, kids apparel and shoes, women's shoes and related sales support positions. On-the-spot interviews and offers may be made; candidates should expect approximately one hour for the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge and styling assistance
• Process transactions and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support stock, fulfillment and delivery tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals
• Participate in hiring event interviews when applicable

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stocking
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willingness to participate in on-site interview during hiring event
