Summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Wrentham Premium Outlet store by driving sales, engaging in clienteling, and supporting store operations. The role focuses on product knowledge, styling, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor while achieving individual and store KPIs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Create a welcoming guest ready environment on the sales floor
• Provide styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge to drive sales
• Engage in clienteling and capture client data to build relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster open communication
• Adhere to company policies and store procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Comfort with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Creative and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
