Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for beauty brands.
- Sell in-store and digitally using texting and social media to drive sales.
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services.
- Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and open new rewards accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment.
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready.
- Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
