Client Advisor - Beverly Hills

Summary

Retail Client Advisor responsible for representing the brand and delivering exceptional customer service through an elevated selling ceremony. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruit top clients, and contribute to store performance by meeting individual and store sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver product knowledge and brand history during the selling ceremony to maximize sales.
• Capture and enter customer information into the database.
• Build and expand a client book and maintain client correspondence.
• Follow up on client shipping, alterations, and repair matters.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury.
• Strong drive for business results and passion for fashion and the brand.
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships through communication and organization.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Available to work in store and support retail operations.
