Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses for customers
- Recommend products aligned with customers beauty goals and current trends
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
- Participate in trainings to stay current on products and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends with makeup application and skincare knowledge
- Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport and handle concerns
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales targets and use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
