Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations for luxury and on trend brands. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to build loyalty and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and upsell relevant beauty items
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Use digital tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Collaborate with team members to maintain inclusive customer service
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Keep the department organized and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
