Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to assess skincare needs and preferences
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailored beauty consultations
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through clienteling
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and manage client appointments
• Build and maintain a client database and follow up on leads
• Stay current on product knowledge and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven sales ability and customer service orientation
• Knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
