Provide personalized beauty experiences at the NYC flagship through makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and brand knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell on trend and luxury beauty products
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Engage customers through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer accounts to build loyalty and rewards participation
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready displays
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
