Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and solutions from on-trend and luxury beauty brands
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media to build customer relationships and drive sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department cleanliness and customer-ready presentation
- Participate in trainings to stay current on products and industry trends
- Promote and enroll customers in the rewards program to build loyalty
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
- Multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales targets and comfort using technology for selling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
