Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell beauty products from luxury brands
• Use text and social media to drive digital sales and build a customer following
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure a customer ready environment
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
