Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized beauty recommendations
• Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain organized and visually appealing displays
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Support inventory replenishment and stock management
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work retail hours including nights weekends and holidays
• May be required to complete background check
