Sales Associate - Southcenter

Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge across assigned departments
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments
• Support merchandising and presentation of product
• Assist with stock, fulfillment, and delivery tasks as needed
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities
• Meet performance and sales goals including potential commission

Requirements

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Customer service skills and ability to engage shoppers
• Ability to work flexible hours including event times
• Capacity to perform physical tasks such as stocking and moving merchandise
• Authorization to work in the United States
