Summary

Deliver personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving sales both in-store and digitally. Collaborate with the beauty team to maintain a welcoming environment, book appointments, and support beauty events and services. Maintain department readiness through organization and product knowledge to meet customer needs and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell on-trend luxury beauty products
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive digital sales
• Book appointments and support in-store Beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
