Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department cleanliness and customer readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
• Participate in trainings provided by retailer and brand partners
