Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement in-store and digitally. Role focuses on styling expertise, using digital tools and omni-channel inventory to drive sales and client conversion. This position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager with a flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and styling
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology for outreach and sales
• Use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Strategize business to increase individual productivity through outreach and technology use
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge in person and digitally
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Conduct remote and in person client interactions appropriately

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
