Seeking a Styling Advisor to support store sales and client development at South Coast Plaza. The role focuses on ready-to-wear sales, creating curated looks, providing fittings and alterations support, and maintaining high product knowledge and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve RTW sales targets and cross-sell across categories
- Convert leather goods clients into RTW clients through curated styling
- Develop new clients via appointments, consignments, and outreach
- Create full looks and customize styles to individual clients
- Provide pinning and alterations support for client fittings
- Use company client journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions
- Maintain and update client profile records
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures and visual presentation
- Maintain product knowledge through training resources
Requirements
- 2-3 years luxury retail experience
- Proven sales experience in RTW with strong KPI achievement
- Skilled in visual styling and attention to detail in fit and fabric
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability for closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory and holiday season
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
